Pre and Post guidance
To ensure you have the best class experience we offer both pre
and post class sessions. The pre-class (online only) sessions
support learners getting comfortable with online class tools, fellow
learners and instructor(s). Post-class sessions, for both our online
and in person training, answer questions around exam prep as well
as building confidence to go implement what you have learned.
After class assistance
Need help with your Value Stream Identification workshop?
Engaging leaders? Fine tuning your PI Planning? What about
sequencing of value using WSJF? Dealing with NFRs and security?
Questions on technical aspects and Architectural Runway? We
offer every student up to 4 hours of free consulting* for you and
your organization to utilize however you choose.

We are proud to present the Leaning Agile Coding Dojo! Looking to
jumpstart your teams ability to create high quality, laser focused
solutions? Our dojo approach will immerse development teams in
lean-agile practices and approaches, and start them on a
relentless improvement journey.

We offer workshops covering many topics, with specific focus on
our Lean Agile Budgeting and supporting the SPC Journey through
our Lean Product Development workshops,
